Is the 0 € Lite plan free forever or a temporary trial?

The Lite plan is genuinely free: 0 €, no credit card and no expiry date. It is not a 14-day trial that cuts off just when you get used to it. You get the Control Panel, your business diagnosis, the viability calculator, the startup checklist and the AI Agent in Demo mode. The idea is simple: see where your business stands before paying anything. That said, it is a free plan and the company may modify or limit its features over time. When you want the unlimited AI Agent and dynamic roadmaps, you move up to Panel PRO whenever you decide.

What exactly does the 99 €/month Panel PRO include?

Panel PRO includes everything in Lite plus what actually moves the cash register: a 24/7 retail AI Agent for your day-to-day questions, AI-generated roadmaps adapted to your sector and stage, alerts on grants and subsidies for local businesses, margin and food-costing tools so you know which product makes money and which one drains it, and access to our network of services and suppliers (lawyers, insurance, marketing, licences, packaging…). It is 99 €/month with a 12-month commitment, or annual payment with two months free. For an average store, renegotiating two or three suppliers usually covers the whole year.

Is there a lock-in period? Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, Panel PRO has a commitment and we prefer to say it plainly: the minimum term is 12 months. Real change in a street-level business does not happen in three weeks, and that year is what lets us truly support you. If you cancel early, that does not exempt you from paying the outstanding instalments of the contracted period. The VIP Mentor works differently: it is flexible month to month, you activate it when you need human support and pause it when you do not, as long as Panel PRO stays active. What types of mentoring are there?

There are three mentoring levels, all with real human support. The difference is the intensity of that support:

· Arranque mentoring → 1 session every two weeks.
Ideal to put things in order, review your numbers and start with a method.

· Crucero mentoring → 1 session per week.
To keep the pace, optimise and move forward consistently.

· Partner mentoring → 2 hours per week (side by side).
Intensive support. The option for owners who want an external operations director without hiring one in-house.

About unused hours:
Hours you do not use in a month can roll over to the next month as long as your subscription stays active. If they are not used, they expire.

All mentoring plans are flexible (activate and cancel month to month) and always work on the real data in your panel. These are not motivational chats: you leave every session with concrete decisions and dates.

Do you issue deductible invoices?

Yes. Every charge automatically generates a Retail Lemon invoice that you can download at any time. Invoices are issued by WP Media LLC (a US company) without charging the customer's local taxes. The invoice arrives without EU VAT or equivalent taxes. Each customer is responsible for their own tax obligations in their country of residence. We do not provide tax advice, but we do deliver the correct document, on time, month after month.

The POS looks at the counter: it records sales and receipts. Retail Lemon looks ahead: it takes your reality (margins, fixed costs, staff, stock, contracts, customers) and turns it into daily strategy and operations, with a proven methodology and an AI Agent that tells you what to do today and in what order. The AI Agent acts as an assistant for the daily management of your panel. Its main function is to accompany you in tracking your roadmap: it analyzes week by week the progress you make through modules, offers you a clear explanation of the next steps, and helps you prioritise, mark, or review your pending tasks.

To give you precise guidance, it takes into account the diagnosis you configured at the start and the real progress recorded in your account. It does not replace management or human consultancy, but guides you to get the most out of the methodology and keep your action plan always up to date.

My shop has been open for years, is it useful for me?

Yes, and it is actually the profile where results show fastest. A business with years behind it accumulates fixed costs nobody has reviewed, prices inherited from another era, an assortment that grew without criteria and staff hours that no longer match when customers actually come in. Retail Lemon puts that on the table with numbers: what is excess, what is missing and where to start. We work on fixed costs, staffing, stock and waste, and customer attraction, in that order, so the effect reaches the till early. Yes. We apply technical and organisational protection measures: encryption in transit, per-user access control and isolation of each account's information, so nobody else can see your business numbers. Data is hosted mainly in the United States and we do not sell or share information with third parties for commercial purposes. We offer GDPR-equivalent rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection); just ask through the contact form.
