Question 1

What plans are available and how much do they cost?

Accepted Answer

There are four monthly plans: Lite at €0, Basic at €39/month, Club Pro at €69/month and Advanced at €99/month. Lite is permanently free. The three paid plans include a 7-day trial, available once per person, with no minimum term.

The difference is not only the number of tools. Lite is for exploring and making an initial diagnosis; Basic helps prepare an opening; Club Pro organises and controls a trading business; and Advanced adds expansion tools. You can compare them row by row on the Pricing page.

Question 2

Which plan is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Choose Lite if you want to check how your business is doing without paying. Choose Basic if you are preparing to open and need guides, grants and limited royalty-free music. Choose Club Pro if you are already trading and want a Roadmap, KPIs, the Full Detector and prioritised actions. Choose Advanced if, as well as controlling daily operations, you want to work on online presence, your Google Business profile and automations.

You do not have to choose forever: you can upgrade when you need to and downgrade at the end of the current billing period.

Question 3

What is included in the €0 Lite plan?

Accepted Answer

Lite includes the Express Detector, Viability Calculator, Premises Diagnosis and 3 Retail AI Agent queries per month. It is a free account with no expiry date and no card required.

It is the entry point for getting an initial view of your business. It does not include Business Guides, grants, music, the Roadmap, KPIs or expansion tools.

Question 4

What is included in Basic at €39/month?

Accepted Answer

Basic includes everything in Lite and increases the Retail AI Agent allowance to 30 queries per month. It adds Business Guides, the grants directory and limited royalty-free music.

It is designed for anyone preparing to open or needing a practical foundation before moving into full business control. It does not include the Roadmap, KPIs, Full Detector or expansion tools.

Question 5

What is included in Club Pro at €69/month?

Accepted Answer

Club Pro includes everything in Basic, 60 Retail AI Agent queries per month and royalty-free music without Basic's limitation. It unlocks the Roadmap, KPIs, Full Detector, grants that fit you, Cases and solutions, and 4 AI ad generations.

It is the plan for established shops that want to stop relying on guesswork. Commercial music and posts on other networks are available as separately priced extras; they are not included in the subscription.

Question 6

What is included in Advanced at €99/month?

Accepted Answer

Advanced includes everything in Club Pro, 100 Retail AI Agent queries per month and 12 AI ad generations. It adds online presence, Google Business profile and the automations module.

It also lets you purchase, at their own price, the labour module, store scent and alarm, lawyer consultations, licence processing, mentor access and supplier access. These are extras: being able to purchase them does not mean they are included in the €99/month fee.

Question 7

How does the 7-day trial work?

Accepted Answer

The trial applies to Basic, Club Pro and Advanced and can only be used once per person. If you have already used a trial on one plan, moving to another does not start another seven days.

You can start Basic without a card; if you do not add a payment method, the trial ends without a charge. Club Pro and Advanced require a card and, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts billing when it finishes. Before you confirm, checkout shows the plan and its terms.

Question 8

What happens if I change plan?

Accepted Answer

An upgrade takes effect immediately. If you are still in the trial, you keep the days remaining: a new trial does not begin. If the new plan requires a card and none is saved, you will be asked for one before confirming the change. Outside the trial, the upgrade is billed with the corresponding prorated adjustment.

A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. You keep your current plan until then. The My subscription screen shows the change and its date before you confirm it.

Question 9

Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum term or early-cancellation penalty. You can cancel from My account > Subscription. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period, so you keep access until that date and the plan will not renew the following month.

If you change your mind before the effective date, you can reactivate the subscription from the same section.

Question 10

What does ‘Extra’ mean in the pricing table?

Accepted Answer

Extra means the service is purchased separately and has its own price; it is not included in the monthly plan fee. The table shows the minimum plan from which you can request it.

From Club Pro you can purchase posts on other networks and commercial music. From Advanced you can also purchase the labour module, scent, alarm, lawyer consultations, licence processing, mentors and suppliers. When a price is not published, we do not invent one: you will see the price or receive a proposal before accepting.

Question 11

Will I receive an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each charge generates an invoice issued by WP Media LLC, the US company that operates Retail Lemon. Invoices are issued without EU VAT or the customer's local taxes.

Whether the expense is deductible depends on your country, activity and tax position. Retail Lemon does not provide tax advice; ask your accountant how to record it in your case.

Question 12

Why choose Club Pro if I already run my business?

Accepted Answer

Because running the business every day does not always leave time to decide what to improve first. Club Pro combines the Full Detector, Roadmap, KPIs, matching grants and 60 Retail AI Agent queries to turn data into specific actions.

It does not replace your experience, accountant or POS. It helps you detect leaks, prioritise and follow up. If you already have that control documented, review it frequently and your team executes without depending on you, Lite or Basic may be enough.

Question 13

What is the difference between the Express and Full Detectors?

Accepted Answer

The Express Detector gives a quick initial reading and is available from Lite. The Full Detector goes deeper into each business area and is available from Club Pro.

The first helps locate signals; the second helps understand them and connect them to the Roadmap. Neither replaces an accounting, legal or technical audit.

Question 14

What are the Calculator and Premises Diagnosis for?

Accepted Answer

The Viability Calculator combines basic data such as sales, floor area and rent to provide an initial financial reading. Premises Diagnosis helps assess the risk of a particular location before or after signing. Both are available from Lite.

They are guidance tools: they do not replace a valuation, technical survey, due diligence or professional advice.

Question 15

What makes the Retail AI Agent different from other AI tools?

Accepted Answer

The Retail AI Agent does not start from a generic answer. It combines AI analysis with the human experience Retail Lemon has built by working with shops, hospitality and other street-level businesses. It uses your business context to help manage day-to-day work, understand what is happening and turn a question into clear guidance.

It supports you step by step: organising priorities, suggesting the next move and helping you follow a path towards a stronger, more successful business. Monthly allowances are 3 queries on Lite, 30 on Basic, 60 on Club Pro and 100 on Advanced. A query is one question sent to the Retail AI Agent and the allowance renews each month. It does not replace a lawyer, accountant, technician or human mentor when specialist professional advice is required.

Question 16

What is the difference between Guides and Grants?

Accepted Answer

Business Guides provide practical steps for common shop situations. The grants directory brings calls together so you can find opportunities; both are available from Basic.

From Club Pro, ‘Grants that fit you’ filters support according to your business information. The official call always takes precedence and Retail Lemon does not guarantee that a grant will be awarded.

Question 17

What are the Roadmap and KPIs?

Accepted Answer

The Roadmap orders business actions so you know what to work on first. KPIs let you measure progress and check whether those actions are working. Both unlock from Club Pro, together with the Full Detector and Cases and solutions.

They are not documents to read once: they become more useful when you update data, complete tasks and review results regularly.

Question 18

What are AI ad generations?

Accepted Answer

They are AI-created ad proposals to help you prepare campaigns and messages. Club Pro includes 4 generations per month and Advanced includes 12. Lite and Basic do not include them.

They are not automatic Instagram or social media posts. Publishing, adapting or managing content on other networks is a separate Extra available from Club Pro.

Question 19

What is the difference between royalty-free and commercial music?

Accepted Answer

Royalty-free music lets you choose from multiple catalogue options: it is limited on Basic and available without that limitation on Club Pro and Advanced. Lite does not include it.

Commercial music is intended for in-store ambience using a different catalogue and is a separately priced Extra from Club Pro. Depending on the country and use, it may require a licence from the relevant collecting society. Each location needs its own commercial licence.

Question 20

Which expansion tools are included in Advanced?

Accepted Answer

Advanced includes online presence, Google Business profile and the automations module. These tools help improve visibility and reduce repetitive work once the business foundations are in order.

The labour module appears in the same phase but is a separately priced Extra. Professional mentor, supplier, lawyer and licence-processing services are extras too.

Question 21

Is mentoring included in Advanced?

Accepted Answer

No. Advanced lets you access mentor booking, but mentoring is an Extra with its own price. It is human support by video call, with an agreed agenda and objectives; it is not the Retail AI Agent.

Before purchasing, you will see the format, availability, price and applicable terms. Mentoring does not replace an accountant, lawyer or POS system.

Question 22

What does Supplier access mean?

Accepted Answer

It is an Extra available from Advanced for requesting supplier proposals for a specific shop need. It is not included in Club Pro or in the Advanced subscription fee, and subscribing to Advanced does not oblige you to accept any proposal.

Each service shows its terms before you decide. You choose whether to proceed with the supplier.

Question 23

Who is Retail Lemon designed for?

Accepted Answer

It is designed for shops and street-level businesses: stores, bars, cafés, restaurants, hair salons, beauty centres and other in-person services. It also works for anyone preparing to open or managing several locations.

It is not an ERP, accountant or POS. If your business is online-only and does not depend on physical premises, other tools may be a better fit.

Question 24

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Retail Lemon runs in a browser on desktop, mobile or tablet. You do not have to replace your POS, install servers or change your shop equipment.

You can add the website to your home screen to open it like an app. Your progress is saved to your account so you can continue on another device.

Question 25

What can I do without signing up?

Accepted Answer

You can explore the website and start public tools that are open, such as the initial diagnosis. To save results, personalise the panel and use the monthly Retail AI Agent allowance, you need to create an account.

Creating a Lite account is free and does not require a card. The information you provide is used to tailor your experience and does not turn your result into a public page.

Question 26

Can I manage several locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each location keeps its own operating data so you can analyse it separately. Shared settings can be synchronised, but services such as commercial music and its licence are managed independently for each location.

Retail Lemon helps compare and organise decisions; it does not replace on-site operations, inventory or each location's till systems.

Question 27

Does Retail Lemon replace my accountant, lawyer or POS?

Accepted Answer

No. Your POS records sales and your accountant or legal adviser covers specialist obligations. Retail Lemon organises information, detects signals and turns priorities into actions.

When a decision requires professional advice, the platform makes that clear. Lawyer consultations and other specialists are Extra services, not automatic answers included in the plan.

Question 28

What are Tips and Ideas?

Accepted Answer

It is practical content for finding an idea you can apply to your shop without browsing the whole panel. A Lite account gives access to open content; organisation and working features depend on the plan and permissions shown on each resource.

Do not confuse a reading idea with a Roadmap task: the first inspires; the second is part of operational follow-up from Club Pro.

Question 29

What are Cases and solutions?

Accepted Answer

They are real or common shop situations explained from the problem through to a possible solution. They help you recognise patterns and avoid starting from scratch when another business has faced something similar.

The Cases and solutions feature in the plan matrix is available from Club Pro. Some public articles may be viewed separately, but that does not unlock the panel's working tools.
